Hi,
I have a customer with several users, all using Outlook 2016 with Office 365 mail accounts. There is an "info@company.com" mailbox that everyone has configured in Outlook. They have recently discovered several calendar items (appointments) that simply won't open from any machine. No error, it just won't open or allow anything to be done with it. I can open the items Outlook on the web without any problem.
Any ideas?
