Cant open my windows security.

Hello guys. I wanted to format my laptop so as to clean everything and become like new . So i reset it and after doing it when my laptop first opened it showed my windows was not active, but after sometimes it automatically activated. Then aftwr that i couldn't open my windows security. Everytime i try it shows me a white screen . I tried to see some tutorials Which made me see the system32 files and there in the security health folder , it was completely empty. Now what do i do??? I am scared as this is my new laptop and quite costly. Please help me.
