Can't open Microsoft store and most other apps.

I can't open the Microsoft Store or most other apps that would be downloaded from the Microsoft Store, like the Xbox app, calendar, photos, and videos. I have tried doing the win + r wsreset.exe thing, but it just shows "Package could not be registered."
