cant open images and videos

hi all, i recently did a system restore before as i had an issue with my audio drivers, now i cant access my photos and videos. these errors would pop up.anyone have any fixes?edit: the files can be accessed, but not with the photos app, paint, paint 3d and mediaplayer. i have tried with the snipping tool and windows legacy media player and they can be opened. is there a reason why its like this? and how do i fix it?
