Can't open files with a brown archive box icon on it.

I have had the problem above and have not easily found the solution. HOWEVER I have managed to fix it! Here is how:The problem is the synchronisation between OneDrive and your computer (if you login to onedrive in your browser your lost files should be accessibele).
