I put full permissions onto my Windows account, Users, Everyone, and even successfully used the TAKEOWN command with the Command Prompt, yet I still can't open the file. There are also some things missing in the properties, such as the Edit button in the Security tab. It's encrypted as well, but I can't turn the encryption off either. The error message I get when trying to open the file says: "You do not have permission to open this file.
