Can't move a 200+ Gb folder from C drive to D drive

hi,as i mentioned on the question, I can't move/copy/drag and drop a 200+ gb folder from C (ssd) to D (hdd).It says " insufficient space on OS. In order to copy the files it's necessary free 200+ gb".I don't understand it, i moved from OS drive to the second drive (hdd), why it alert me that i've no space, i'm moving this folder just to free space on the OS drive.maybe there is something involving onedrive? i've synched this folder on it
