Can't make the log in screen appear

Hello. I've been having this problem quite a while. I have resetted my PC and it still won't work. I've been trying everything but all the solutions don't work. I need someone to please help me. It happened because a new update I installed was trying to boot and now the log in screen won't appear. Hopefully you guys can find a solution for me.
