Can't login without internet and cannot fix my internet connectivity without login in. What to do?

My laptop's networking hardware (both wifi and LAN) not working. I'm not able to install an external wifi adapter as my computer suddenly decided I have to login to my Microsoft account (which requires internet) and there are no other options to login.
