Cant login to microsoft since i lost my phone number

i have 2 step on so i can login with either microsoft authenticator gmail or phone number i have been trying to sign back in for months but i lost my phone number and it says i have a authenticator app setup when i dont i use the gmail to reset but it says session expired everytime i dont know what to do
