Can't login into laptop

There is an admin lock on the computer, I can't use my fingerprint, and for some random reason the correct pin is unavailable. I have tried CTL +ALT + DEL. Restarting in safe mode, holding down shift and restarting none of this has worked. I have contacted customer support and they were no help.
