Cant log into windows on laptop, forgot password and security question answers

Hi, i can't log into my laptop with windows, ive tried resetting my microsoft password and that didn't work, it won't let me use local users and my password isn't working, I dont remember my 3 security question answers either because I made them so long ago and they were pretty specific
