Can't Log into profiles on Edge or Word - MS Login Popup broken?

Hi there! I've had my Microsoft profile logged into my PC, Edge, and MS Office forever. I also turned on two-step authentication via the Authenticator app on my phone. It has worked perfectly for the past years, and I have consistently been able to log into my account when necessary.Today, I changed the primary email address of my Microsoft account and updated my outdated password for security. However, I cannot log into Edge and MS Office anymore, as the Microsoft popup login function seems to be broken. 1.
