I was having trouble logging into certain installations and came here for help, one of the staff gave me some instructions that were hard to do and figure out and he gave me very little help to which I had to figure things out on my own. I figured out how to get to a certain file which was hidden and he told me to delete what was in it and reboot my pc. I did and now i’m stuck and can’t log in. On the initial log in page I have to enter my Microsoft password then the 2FA and it just takes me back to the initial log in page after loading a bit.
