Can't log into any software with Microsoft account

Hi there Microsoft Support. So ever since my girlfriend used my computer for work stuff during the pandemic things have been finicky and as time passed and more updates was installed it's eventually led to me not being able to sign in to my Microsoft account on any software, not even as admin on my own computer.Signing into Onedrive > Error (1001) Error Tag: 7q6caSigning into Outlook > Error (7q6ca) Error Tag: 7q6caSigning into Xbox > Login window just keeps reloading. Like its waiting for a handshake and nothings comingSigning into Microsoft Account in Settings > A big grey window
