Can't log in with PIN and reset it

I am having issues with signing in with my PIN. I just installed Windows 11 onto my pc and created a PIN. Everything was working fine and after I restarted my pc, I got a message saying "Something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your pin again." However, I am not receiving the code to my email to change this PIN. My email is correct, I've tried lots of troubleshooting issues that I found on here but none were successful.
