can't log in to windows admin user account HELP!

A few months ago, we got a new PC for our 3 kids to use. We set Windows up with an admin account, then added their 3 individual user accounts.Suddenly, this week, the admin user account is asking for a PIN to login, instead of the password. We did not set up a PIN, so we are locked out. This is a big problem.There is no option to switch to password, like there usually is at the lock screen. No options at all, besides restarting, which I've tried multiple times.HELP!What to do?
