Cant log in to Computer after Windows Update

I did an "update and shut down," command, and the next morning my computer did not accept any of my passwords. I believe it has now switched over to a local account that I don't remember making, and it does not let me switch accounts back to my Microsoft one.I have tried:Switching KeyboardsUsing the on Screen KeyboardVerifying I am using the correct Password (for my Microsoft Account, and the last Passwords I used on my Computer) (using the little eye button to check what has been typed)Changing my Microsoft Password, and verifying I can still log on to it (I do not have another computer, only
