Can't log in administratory

At first I wanted to get permission for the file. Then I found out that the administrator is the account to which the mail is linked that is inaccessible to me. I changed the administrator name and password through Powershell. Then soon the computer suddenly switched to the lock screen and asked to log in to this account not using the PIN code, but the password. But the password that I entered in Powershell, the system considers incorrect. Although there can be no error.
