Can't Launch Event Viewer with Admin Rights

Whenever i try to launch event viewer as an administrator, it opens as a local event viewer.So i found out that i had critical errors and a bunch of Warnings in my Administrative Events, Is that the reason I Can't Launch Event Viewer as an admin?
