Can't join online games and running videos super slow.

So I have a RTX 4060 ti 8gb and 32gb of ram. But since I updated to window 11 24h2 its been super slow on me . Helldiver 2 won't even allow people to join my game session and keeps kicking me out ever time i try to join, Roblox won't even open a server for me to actually play the game, and so does other other online games. I have my ethernet cable connected to my pc and its working fine but I can't find the issue on why its running so slow?
