Can’t install windows

[Windows 11]

Hi there ive been trying to install windows for some time now, when i go to install windows it gives the error, “there was an error selecting this partition or disk for install” I’ve tried so many different things, I’ve replaced everything except the cpu. I’ve tried 4 different brand new ssd’s, 3 brand new motherboards, new ram, new power supply, I’ve tried integrated graphics instead of gpu, I’ve tried 4 different usb sticks I’m at a loss.
