Cant install windows updates last updated 2020 and cant reset computer

Hi my windows 10 is out of date by like 5 years im on version 1909 and want to be on version 22h2 Ive tried to update 3rd party drivers, unplug all external hardware that doesnt effect standard operating process and other fixes that I cant remember but nothing works. I cant update my computer even though it says its im not up to date i check for updates and nothing happens. I cant even reset my computer. Ive even tried downlaoding the update with microsoft windows update assistant online and it still didnt work after my restart. If theres anything you can do to help that would be amazing. Ive
