Can't install Windows update with error code 0x800706ba

So yesterday this all started when I was attempting to download new NVidia drivers for my gpu and for some reason couldn't launch GeForce experience and manual installs were failing. The issue persisted even after running DDU, so I attempted to see if the problem was elsewhere. My reliability monitor in control panel was detecting a critical error with Windows Modules Installer Worker and a cumulative security update was failing to download. Here is everything I have attempted to fix it: Ran Windows Update troubleshooter, continuously tells me I need to restart and then run the troubleshooter
