Can't install Windows Ph

Hello,on my new Dell Notebook is Windows 11 pre-installed. I found that the Microsoft Photos app did not start and I uninstalled it with CCleaner.I tried then a new install and the Microsoft Store is downloading 650kB and 130kB and starts to install the App. After a few seconds it interrupts with an error message and in the details it gives the Code: 0x80246007.For security I use Microsoft Defender and Firewall, no third party application.Windows 11 21H2 Build 22000.376
