Can't install Windows 11 v24H2

Normally, I get an error message when trying to install the 24H2 update: Install error - 0x800f0991, but today I was able to get it downloaded. When I restarted my pc to install the updates I got a message "Undoing changes made to your computer...". When I got back to Windows I was greeted with a screen prompting me to select my Windows instance. There were 2 instances: The first one botted me into the system and the second one just rebooted my pc. I deleted the non-working instance.
