Cant install windows 11 after formatting my m.2 ssd

Hi i have been getting blue screen error with critical process died error for my pc. Then i decide to wipe clean (format) my m.2 ssd to stop this error. But during my installation of windows 11, I cannot proceed with the installation as my pc is freeze and show the same blue screen error. Help me to resolve this thank youmy pc specryzen 5 5600GLexar MN610 256gb ssd16gb ram 3200MHz
