Can't install Windows 11 24H2 while AMD-V is activated in the UEFI

Windows 11 24H2 is incompatible with AMD-V ritualization.When updated lenovo with amd 7840S cpu to 24h2 i needed to isntall wsl so tried to turn-on AMD-V from BIOS to enable Hyper-V feature. My notebook started looping without starting windows.Disabling AMD-V everithing is ok.Prior to update to 24H2, everything was ok about virtualization with AMD-V and Hyper-V up and running correctly with 23H2 Windows 11 version.So, how to fix this? I need virtualization for work.
