Can't install update KB5053598

This is the second update in a row that won't install. It said it included update for KB5052093 and someone said I didn't need that so I'm wondering if I need this new one. My computer downloads it but when it reboots, it says something went wrong and removes everything. I turned off the setting that says to get the latest updates but this update downloaded anyway and showed that I needed to restart my computer to install it which I tried doing but that's when I found out it wouldn't install. Now the restart message won't go away. I'm just ignoring it but should I be or do I need to figure out
