Can't install microsoft store. Screen says no internet connection - but definetely is and hard wired (as everything else works fine!)

Have not got Solitaire collection and cannot download Microsoft store. Screen says (wrongly) that doesn't have internet connection - but definitely has and hard wired. All woks fine on my laptop however
