Cant Install KB5029351 Update

Dear MS Team,I cant install the KB5029351 Update. In Update History, it shows error code: 0X800f0922I have tried several things to resolve the issue:Redirecting these information, I can not run this command: Dism /Online /Cleanup-image /StartComponentCleanup) I have also tried to perform an in place upgrade but doing this via media creation tool and usb, it says: Sorry, we're having trouble determining if your PC can run Windows 11.
