Can't install important updates in Windows 8.1

I can't install important updates from my update center. I am running Windows 8.1 and i previously uninstalled display drivers, after that i looked up to update. 2 important updates were not installed and was displaying error code 800F020B for monthly security update and 8024CE2B for Intel Graphics driver series 4000. Other optional drivers are downloading and installing as expected. I am using a DELL Inspiron 15 3521 Laptop. Can anyone explain and hopefully resolve my problem.
