Cant get to log into my own computer after update.

My PC worked just fine this morning.Then when I was about to shut it off, I saw Windows wanted to install an update.So I decide to install and close my PC.Now, just two hours after I try to get back in, but after starting up, I cant get to my login screen anymore. Screen just loads and then reverts back to the startup screen so I try to get back to login...Same result everytime.I cant even access troubleshooting because all I get is the same starting screen with my only options being to shut off, sleep mode, or restart...What gives? Why push an update that kills the customers PC?
