Can't get onedrive to go away, applications automatically making a onedrive folder and saving things to them.

Onedrive is worse than any virus I have ever come across. It's causing issues for my applications and I just want to have apps save to this machine, not onedrive. I unlinked onedrive and uninstalled it, also deleted the onedrive folder, but it keeps coming back when I start a game and it creates a setting file. I have no idea how to stop this from happening.
