Can't Get Dual Screens to work in extended mode

[Windows 11]

I have 2 displays attached and both show the initial screen but I can't get anything moved to the second screen, not even the mouse. I have the Extended mode selected.The second screen has the bottom task bar and looks normal, but I can't get to it.I'm running Win 11
