Can't get bit locker 48 digit recovery key

Hello everybody,Last week the motherboard of my asus laptop stopped working.I tried to backup my files from my disk, but there is a bit locker needed.The bit locker encryption was set automatically.I signed in my microsoft account I used for windows installation and I changed my contact details,since my mobile phone number has been changed.After this change, I got the message that system needs one month to give again access to security details. My question is if I will get, for sure, in one month the 48-digit code and if I can get it sooner.
