So lately I've noticed a dramatic decrease in performance on my PC to the point where it's even struggling to run Youtube videos or display comments in an article. After researching potential problems I used SFC /scannow to diagnose if there was a problem with my system files. After it finished it said that it found corrupt files but could not repair them. So then I tried using Restore Health to fix the corrupt files, and it said the operation was successful, but when I performed /scannow again, it still said that it could not repair the corrupt files. I've tried reinstalling Windows 10, but I keep getting errors under normal circumstances, and the setup file won't load during a Clean Boot. I even went as far as refreshing my PC and that still didn't solve the problem, and I'm at a total loss at this point. What else can I do?
