Can't find Windows activation code from order history

Since Microsoft has the absolute most frustrating and inadequate support system of any tech company I've ever dealt with, I've now run out of things to try here. That you can't speak with an agent about a $150 purchase is crazy. Tried calling, and the automated agent just hangs up when it can't understand my question rather than send me to an agent. I bought Windows 11 a couple years ago, and just wiped the computer it was originally installed on. Now I need to install it on a new computer.
