Can't find the recoverykey of the bitlocker

My computer had some problems when update the windows system, then I can't start the system.The repair engineer reset bios or something, and then I need to input the recoverykey of 48 numbers. They say the key code should be in the account of Microsoft.Then I login the account, and I can see my computer, but there is not a recoverykey code for this computer. Just as this, I can see some recoverykey codes for my other computers.I don‘t know why I can't see the recoverykey for this computer, and who know how I can get that?
