Can't find the hard drive in BIOS, can't upgrade to UEFI

Well, i have several problems overall..I set up my PC 2 years ago and added a new M.2 SSD to the system as well as some hardware upgrades. Then I tried to install windows on the new M.2 where the first problem occured: From now on after starting the PC there was a Windows setting screen, where i could choose between Win 10 Home and Win 10. The first one works just fine, the second one couldn't boot at all. I was thinking it's because I didn't delete Windows properly on the HDD, but since it worked it was fine for me.
