Can't find the drivers to activate memory integrity

[Windows 11]

Hello, i'm trying to activate the memory integrity on my pc but i can't seem to find the driver xusb21.sys anywhere on my computer. It wasn't in autoruns either and I couldn't find it in system 32, aside from this file which is the closest i could find to the file:"C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\xusb21.inf_amd64_68c06a8fe00c5ac3"Any ideas how i could fix this?
