Cant find my Info in cloud when I need them.

I am having trouble with my MS Account signe in. I belive I have Two accounts, *** Email address is removed for privacy *** And *** Email address is removed for privacy *** can you advise me as to which one is current and which one has the most storage sothet I can maybe figure this out. You may respond to eather of these accounts. Also I would like to consaladate them into one if possible. I have tried calling MS but cant get past the AI system. I am supost to have 24 Hr tec support with MS.
