Can't find movies purchased from Microsoft store

On July 7th, I purchased two digital movies from the Microsoft store (The Muppets and Bedknobs & Broomsticks). I was under the assumption that they would appear in my Movies Everywhere account. They do not. I have checked my Fandango at Home, iTunes, Amazon Prime Video and Movies Everywhere accounts. The two movies don't appear anywhere. My order history shows that they were purchased and paid for and the orders are marked as completed, yet the movies don't appear anywhere.Can you help?
