Can't find BitLocker recovery key

Hello,I have logged into both of my Microsoft accounts and there are no devices or keys listed. There isn't anyone else who would have a recovery key.Right now BitLocker has locked me out of booting into windows because "SecureBoot Policy has unexpectedly changed" when I booted into a Linux USB. After safely removing the USB and restarting my computer - the BitLocker lock out screen shows up. I have 2 nvme drives in the computer. The recovery screen shows that my boot drive is locked. Not sure about the other one.Im not sure what to do now. Is there a way to get around this?I would appreciate
