Can't find BitLocker recovery Key in my Microsoft account

Dear Sirs,I am writing with problem concerning the Recovery Key connected with BitLocker. I have no device connected with my Miscrosoft account and can not find the recovery key which has to be put in the box to run a laptop. I also tried all steps indicated in the FAQ and no one helped. I also considering whether my laptop is connected with different account than mine, but I did not remember it and thought that the laptop is connected with my account but never verified that because of this is my first issue with the BitLocker on this device.
