Can’t factory reset my pc, errors.

Hello! Is there a solution to delete everything from pc (do a factory reset) without being inside windows itself? The recovery mode dosen’t help me - it does the reset on pc but later it says “something went wrong” and it goes back to 0. Can I reboot it wirh another pc or bios? I’m using a Gigabyte motherboard.
