Can't erase face recognition

Hi,I just bought a new PC. On the initialization of windows, I logged in (didn't have the choice...) with my Microsoft account. I registred my face with Windows Hello to unlock my Windows sessions (ans a second way of unlocking with a pincode). Everything was working properly.Then, I created a second Windows user, a "local" one (without linking it with my Microsoft account) and tried to configure Windows Hello with my face recognition : that was rejected, I had an error message telling me : "An error has occurred.
