Can't enter a pin number so my laptops just restarts on its own

So I have a razer laptop and yesterday I update the system to the razer 14 and so my laptop restarted and I had to put in my Microsoft account information and I did and then when they said if I want to restart my PIN number I hit continue and then it keeps on saying "Something went wrong" when ever I hit the retry button and I had to retype my account information over 10 times and create a new account just to fix the problem and I can't seem to get pass the PIN number part. It also gives me the option to skip for now and when I click it. it just restarts my laptop and I would have to do the wh
