can't download document

I have an attachment in an email that i downloaded in May. I can't find it and now it won't download again. I can use acobat once i've downloaded it but I cdan't find the settings options for downloading in chromei'M TRYING to insert a capture of the email that has the PDF but that won't work either. Thsi has not happened before. Thanks
