Can't download anything from Microsoft store

Hello,I just purchased a new MSI gaming PC with a fresh install of Windows 11 Home Edition, and I cannot download anything from the Microsoft Store website. The Microsoft Store app did not come pre-installed on my new PC and when I try to download it from the Microsoft store nothing happens. When I click the "Install" button for any app on the Microsoft store website, including trying to download the "Windows Store" app itself. nothing happens. Same with the "Open Store App" in top right of the screen.I'm on OS build: 22631.2715Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22677.1000.0• I've made sure
